Meet Olivia

Olivia is passionate about yoga’s ability to navigate us through self doubt toward a place of greater self discovery and resilience. First and foremost a student, Olivia’s classes are inspired by her own experience both on and off the mat as a yogi, mover and human. Her style of teaching is generally an intelligently sequenced and challenging vinyasa flow, with a welcoming energy and plenty of modifications to make the practice accessible for all. Her classes draw influence from the movement modalities that she’s grown to love, including Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, mobility and strength training, and are threaded with subtle Dharma as a reminder to care for and connect with the self.

Olivia is an environmental advocate with a passion for sustainability, which inspires her to help students create a safe and enjoyable yoga practice that will last a lifetime. She believes that the best form of movement is one that brings joy, and therefore infuses her classes with light-hearted exploration and creativity.

After nearly 10 years of practice, Olivia completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and immediately fell in love with the practice of teaching. She feels honored to observe and learn from the wisdom of her students every day. Olivia continues to deepen her yoga studies and learn from her senior teachers as much as possible, as her practice has become the grounding foundation of her daily life.
