One-on-one classes are an incredible way to advance your practice and deepen your knowledge about your unique anatomy and physiology. Private sessions provide a more casual, dialogue-focused atmosphere to work toward your individual goals.
Whether you are looking to increase strength or mobility, learn or reinforce the basics of asana practice, or work on advanced asana, privates can be a transformational experience.
Private yoga is also a great addition to corporate events, parties, wedding weekends, and more.
Private sessions can be conducted virtually or in-person (depending on location).
“I loved Olivia's approach to using yoga to build strength so I reached out for private lessons. In our weekly sessions we had time to catch up about what was going on with me physically and otherwise and do some fun drills and flows. Everything was in support of strength building in some areas of my body where she could see that I was compensating or could improve functional movement. It felt a lot like a collaboration where I could have a level of autonomy as the owner of my own body and a yoga instructor with an additional perspective myself.
